Part of film: Top moving out of wardrobe and across floor
Made up of: 22 still frames
Today i shot the first part of my film. I feel that the part in which the top began moving out of the wardrobe was a success however I feel that I need to re-film the part where the jumper is moving across the floor. I think that I need to re-film this as when the clothes move along the floor, I need to pan the camera with the top however in the film I have just done it came out slightly jerky as I had to tighten the tripod each time I moved the top to stop it from slipping. I am going to use someone to assist me in the moving of the clothes so I can hold the tripod loosley and be able to pan downwards.Although I am very happy with the movement of the jumper moving off the hanger, I now realise I have to refilm the entire scene because of the bed covers and the post-it note which is on the bed which is no longer there which will ruin the contiuity if when I later film, there are bed covers there.

Part of film: shoes moving across the floor in hallway
Made up of: 19 still frames
This is another part of my film that is on my shooting schedule and I managed to complete. I feel that this part went well as it is a very smooth movement as the shoes are shuffling across the floor. I like the warm lighting that this scene has. I have not changed any part of my storyboard to create this and feel that it was a great success. I was not disturbed at any point and this was not a very hard part of the film to film. I think that th movement of the shoes is somewhat realistic to how they would move if they were on people.

Part of film: very beggining where curtains open byt themselves
Made up of: 10 still frames
These are the very beggining shots of my film. There are what will open my film after the opening credits so they have to be impressive. This took longer to make then I had palnned on my filming schedule however I feel that the slightly off centred angles add more of a natural look to the shot. I like the way the lighting is made pink by the curtains. I feel that this scene is quiet a success as the jerky moves make it obviously stop motion however I am unsure if it would be better if the movements where more subtle. I may refilm this if I feel that once the rest of my film has been put together that it doesnt suit or fit in with the rest of the movements in the opening sequence. I did not have to make any changes to my storyboard for this section of the filming as it was my first part of the sequence, does not include any characters and was quiet easy to get the lighting how I wanted. I was originally quiet worried that the camera would not take well to the dark lighting however I think that it has worked well.
